I am licensed as a Real Estate Broker and licensed as a Mortgage Originator specializing in Reverse Mortgages. I have been involved in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry for over 25 years. Over that time I have done everything from originating mortgage loans to managing a National Mortgage Company (LowestLoan.com) licensed in 27 states. As a Real Estate Broker I was Managing Broker for Prudential Properties of Big Bear Lake specializing in vacation homes. I spent a great deal of my time in those years promoting sales and marketing for the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry. I have added regional and local web site development and SEO marketing as the central focus of supporting local entrepreneurs and Small Business America.
